By accessing or using ContentSketch, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. “ContentSketch,” “we,” and “us” refer to the service at contentsketch.com.
Using your account
Provide accurate sign-in information, keep your account secure, and promptly tell us if you believe someone else has accessed it. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
Your content and permissions
You keep the rights you have in the text, images, and other content you add. You give ContentSketch permission to store, process, and transmit that content only as needed to provide the features you request, including scheduling and publishing to the destinations you select.
You must own or have permission to use your content and to connect each social account. You are responsible for choosing the correct destination, reviewing the post, and ensuring it complies with applicable law and the rules of the destination platform.
Publishing and third-party services
When you publish now or schedule a post, you instruct ContentSketch to send it to the accounts you selected. Platform permissions, availability, format rules, API changes, or outages can prevent, delay, or alter a delivery. A scheduled time is an instruction and not a guarantee that a third-party platform will publish at that exact moment.
Social networks and optional AI providers are independent services with their own terms and privacy practices. ContentSketch does not control their services or decisions. Review each post and any AI-generated text before publishing.
Acceptable use
Do not use ContentSketch to break the law, infringe someone’s rights, mislead or harass people, distribute harmful content, send spam, interfere with the service, or bypass platform rules or security controls. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably needed to protect the service, users, or third parties.
Availability and changes
We work to keep ContentSketch available, but features may change and uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. We may update these terms when the product or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
Ending use and data
You may stop using ContentSketch and disconnect your social accounts at any time. For account data deletion, contact [email protected] and see our Data Deletion instructions. We may retain information where needed for security, legal obligations, dispute handling, or backups as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
ContentSketch is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that a post will be accepted or published by a third-party platform. To the extent permitted by law, ContentSketch is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
