FIELD NOTE 01

Build a small idea library

A useful idea library is easy to add to and easy to return to. Save the first thought while it is fresh; polish it when you have time.

  • Write down the audience or moment the idea is for.
  • Keep the first note short. A phrase, question, or link is enough.
  • When you return, turn the note into a draft and add the media you need.

FIELD NOTE 02

Make a publishing rhythm that fits

A schedule should support the work you can sustain. Start with the time you have, then build a repeatable cadence around it.

  • Choose a few realistic moments to prepare content.
  • Group related tasks, such as writing several captions or selecting images.
  • Keep drafts visible so a busy week does not erase your next idea.

FIELD NOTE 03

Choose channels with care

Every channel has its own audience, format, and permissions. Begin with the places where your community already expects to hear from you.

  • Connect only the accounts you manage and are ready to publish from.
  • Review the destination and media requirements before scheduling.
  • Check each delivery separately after publishing.
